Founded and led by Samir Harb, the practice is built on 40 years of enterprise operations experience. An FMCG domain expert with extensive B2B experience, Samir has worked with leading global brands including P&G, Mars, Nestlé, and Clorox — bringing deep commercial and operational knowledge to every engagement.
Based between Dubai and Beirut, Cristal Technologies brings direct regional knowledge to every engagement, including deep familiarity with the regulatory and operational realities of the Gulf and Levant corridor.
